This will be our first meeting and the kick-off for Defiant Discipleship. This meeting will be done over zoom and will cover the first element. This meeting will be led by one of our DD Graduates or one of our pastors. We will have the meeting together in the main zoom room and then break into your cohorts to go through the discussion questions.

Freedom Day is a pivotal part of Defiant Discipleship, where disciples gather for a day of deliverance, breakthrough, and healing. Through guided prayer, worship, and biblical teaching, participants are led to confront and break free from demonic influences, generational curses, spiritual strongholds, and anything else that hinders their freedom—such as fear, anxiety, pain, and insecurity. It’s a powerful day of encountering the Lord’s truth and His deep desire for His disciples to live in full freedom. Strongholds are broken, oppression is lifted, and individuals are empowered to embrace their God-given identity and purpose, walking boldly in the freedom Christ has purchased for them.

It’s wonderful to build community in your cohorts, but it adds to the experience when you can gather with other cohorts to meet those that are on the same journey as you! We will eat, pray, have some fun, hear from our past graduates and have one of our leaders teach us an element from the Defiant Disciple material.

Activate Day is a day of commission and celebration. It’s a moment that serves as both a milestone and a launching point. It is created to inspire those who are in the Defiant Discipleship course to step into and sacrificially imitate the life of Jesus. With renewed zeal, purpose, faith, and humility our Defiant Disciples are taught to build up others in our communities and bring glory to Christ. Activate Day will give knowledge, practical teaching, and activation in your cohort to help you feel comfortable and confident in releasing the gifts the Holy Spirit has given us for the good of others.

Graduation will take place during Family Camp. This will be a celebration and honoring of the current graduates, in front of our Experience Church family. Each graduate will receive a certificate of completion from their cohort leader, and will be prayed over by our pastors.

This is a gathering of our current Defiant Disciple graduates to celebrate the completion of the nine month journey.  We share a meal and each cohort has time to pray together. Our Pastors will also have a time to share a word of encouragement and release the graduates to go out and make disciples.
